Exercise 2 - A Place I Go to When I Need Silence

✨ A Place I Go to When I Need Silence

Sometimes life feels too noisy for me. When I feel tired, stressed, or overwhelmed, I need silence. In those moments, I go to the seaside to clear my mind and calm down.

The seaside is my favourite place when I need to be alone. I usually go there during quiet hours, when there are not many people around. I sit on a bench or near the water and listen to the sound of the waves. This sound helps me relax.

When I am by the sea, I don’t check my phone often. I look at the water, breathe slowly, and let my thoughts flow. Being near the sea makes me feel lighter and more peaceful.

Sometimes I go there after a long day at work. Other times, I visit the seaside when I feel confused or emotionally tired. Even a short time there helps me feel better.

For me, the seaside is more than just a place. It is where I find silence, balance, and a moment to breathe.
